Brief Description: Right inboard wing panel

Updrilled the aft part of the left wing with #30 so I'd have enough #40 clecos to work on the right inboard wing skin. Left the leading edge for drilling to #32 in preparation for dimpling. Pilot drilled with #40 the right inboard skin.

Updrill left wing with #30

Pilot drill the right wing with #40.
